Theoretic Softnet was founded in July 2017 as a small, obsessive development studio in Noida, India. We started with a simple conviction: that great software is not an assembly line — it is a craft, and the people who build it should care about the business outcome as much as the code. In those early days we were a handful of engineers shipping web and mobile products for startups that could not afford a missed deadline or a wasted sprint.

Over the next several years the studio grew in every direction that mattered. We added cloud-native and distributed-systems engineering to handle products that needed to scale to millions of users. We brought creative, branding and paid-media practitioners in-house so that a product launch and its growth engine could be built by the same team, under the same roadmap, with the same definition of success. When the modern AI wave arrived, we were ready — we had been building language and ML systems for years, and quickly shipped LLM applications, RAG pipelines and autonomous agents into production for clients across India and the USA.

Today, Theoretic Softnet is a full-spectrum AI, software and growth company. We are senior-heavy, remote-first across two continents, and intentionally structured as cross-functional pods rather than siloed departments. We do not chase every trend, and we do not take on work we cannot deliver with care. What we do is build intelligent, scalable products — and then help the world find them.
